Burkhamer Property Services, LLC, was founded in 2001 by Sandra Burkhamer, Broker/Owner/MPM, for the purpose of providing excellence in management and service, to represent owners while keeping tenant’s rights and obligations in balance. Burkhamer Property Services, LLC, also began offering exclusive buyer representation and remains the only real estate company in East Grays Harbor to represent buyers only.

With over 30 combined years of experience in the property management and real estate fields, Sandy will use her knowledge and expertise to provide quality service to owners and tenants. As a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) she has achieved the MPM (Master Property Manager) designation. She is a member of the Montesano Chamber of Commerce, Montesano Lions Club, NARPM, NAR, GHAR, NWMLS, REBAC and GH Chamber of Commerce. Sandy continues to further her education and network with other property managers throughout the region in order to maintain the highest level of client service. You will receive 110% from Sandy as Excellence in Service Is Our Goal.
